Refund Policy

All registrations are non-refundable due to advance planning, lodging, materials, and retreat-related costs.

If you are unable to attend, your registration may be transferred to another woman with prior written approval from The Seek Movement, provided the transfer request is submitted no later than seven (7) days before the start of the retreat. No transfers will be permitted after this deadline.

In the rare event that The Well Retreat is canceled by the organizers, a full refund of registration fees will be issued.

The Seek Movement is not responsible for travel, lodging, or other expenses incurred by participants outside of registration fees.
